Located 17 miles due SW of Homer, we will book your trip on the Kachemak Voyager for full service, and do a private pickup and KBay tour for premium guests. Your first day of adventure can be a cruise through Kachemak Bay coves and fjords and maybe a paddle in Little Tutka Bay!

Located on a private beach and surrounded by dense rain forest, this owner designed and built beach house and treehouse is the ideal place to leave all of your worries behind. Take a short walk to the waterfall on the property to calm your spirit and melt away all of your modern stresses. Savor brilliant sunrises and sunsets from your private beach front deck. Witness the quiet power of such a magic habitat where you will share the shoreline with a nesting eagle pair. You might just be lucky enough to witness the nesting eagle swoop into the water and catch a fish, then swim to shore with its wings. She then delivers her catch to her hungry babies. Later in the season you can watch the fledglings stand on the edge of their nests and strengthen their wings, practicing for their first flight.
Experienced anglers won't have to go very far to reel in some fish - walk a few steps down to the private beach and cast a line (seasonal). For more exciting fishing adventures, book our premium package to fish with our coast guard licensed skipper to reel in fighting salmon or awesome halibut. A previous guest caught an 86-pound halibut just 5 minutes from the property! We can show you Seldovia Bay’s best kept secrets, like a the stunning Seldovia River teeming with salmon from mid to late summer. We can also show you lower Kachemak Bay and the outer Gulf Coast on our 28 foot landing craft.
Your personal guide will take you on your custom designed daily adventure, choose kayaking, day hikes, side by side tours, historical tours, tide pooling or beach combing. You don't have to be an experienced paddler to enjoy a day out kayaking on the protected water of Seldovia Bay! Witness the stunning mountain views and up close encounters with sea otters. Our single and double kayaks are safe, and your experience will be under the watchful eye of our experienced guide.
If you prefer land to water, take a guided hike to experience Alaska like a native! During your treks through the rain forest wilderness, you're sure to see an abundance of unique flora and fauna that you won't find in the Lower 48! See the area on our 6 person side by side ATV. You will see stunning views, explore the road system in Seldovia, see spawning salmon streams and maybe catch the sight of an elusive black bear.
Experience wildlife like never before during your Alaskan expedition. See whales on an optional Central Charters boat tour, or we can book a flight tour on our trusted travel partner, Smoky Bay Air, to view brown bears up close and personal after making an exciting beach landing across the Cook Inlet. You will get an up close view of Mt. Augustine, a volcano island near the brown bear landing zone. Your optional flight back to Homer can also take you above the glaciers for sights you will never forget.
