What We Offer
We offer a premium, private, exclusive experience with only you and your group as guests, for the most affordable lodge buyout deal on the market. There is a low threshold minimum of 4 people to reserve the entire lodge for 3 or 5 days. 6 people can stay for the price of 5. This includes your choice of our premium adventure packages, like halibut fishing, whale watching or remote kayaking.

Your Hosts
Captain Scott and Janet Ogan are long-time and lifetime Alaskans with diverse professional backgrounds including extreme Professional wilderness adventures - Captain Scott is a former (recovering) Alaska State Senator, a DNR Natural Resource Manager and Senior Policy Advisor, to a state Senator, and currently is a published author/journalist. He knows Alaska like no other guide. His Alaskan adventures are legendary. Janet as a fisheries/bird biologist and a legislative aid (retired). Scott has 30 years’ experience with boating on Cook Inlet and Kachemak Bay waters and actually proposed to Janet on a beach in Western Cook Inlet while Janet was a biologist for US Fish and Wildlife. They got engaged on the beach and are still on the beach 40+ years later.
Captain Scott and Janet personally designed and built the beachfront timber frame cabin and treehouse at Treehouse Cove Lodge, to give their guests unique luxury and comfort while experiencing a real taste of the Alaskan wilderness. Captain Scott designed, and helped build his new one-of-a-kind 28’ aluminum landing craft. They love to share their real Alaskan experiences, are great home-style cooks, and warm and engaging hosts. They hold the bar high for comfort & service and you will be in competent hands with them and their staff.
