If you have questions or wish to book directly and avoid booking fees charged by the booking platform, call Captain Scott at (907) 982-2469.

  • Location: Seldovia is roughly 17 miles to the Southwest of Homer. Treehouse Cove is 1.75 miles south of Seldovia.

    Getting to Treehouse Cove from Homer: We provide round trip transportation from Homer for our all inclusive guests free of charge on our 28 foot landing craft or other mode at our discretion. All transportation is included for private, exclusive guest packages.

    Getting to Homer: Homer is a 4.5 hour scenic drive from Anchorage. We will assist you in planning travel to and from Anchorage and help you make the trip an adventure by recommending stops and activities on the way down.

    Getting to Alaska: We recommend our guests coming from outside of Alaska to fly into Anchorage before making the trip to Homer. Be sure to allow extra time on each end of your flight, to allow for weather delays.

    Alaska is an expensive destination, and we will work to make your trip memorable with your friends/family.

  • Alaska’s weather varies from 80 degrees to cold, windy, and rainy. To make the most of your vacation, we recommend you bring water resistant, solid footwear, warm layers, and a rain coat.

    Many of the adventures we offer include a marine component, so be prepared to dress warm for the water then remove layers when back on land.

  • Yes we have WiFi, but tell you kinds there is none and we will turn it off and hide it! While we encourage you to unplug and disconnect with the outside world, there is cell service available at Treehouse Cove.

    Verizon Wireless has an excellent connection and AT&T is marginal, but does work on the beach or in the treehouse, or when booster is turned on.

    We do have a cell booster at Treehouse Cove.

    If you require Wi-Fi, we routinely go to Seldovia Village which has several public Wi-Fi connections.

  • Please disclose any medical issues or special dietary issues we need to be aware of.

    If you are diabetic, heart patient, vegan, or gluten intolerant, or just picky, we are happy to feed you appropriately.

    We are first aid trained, and there is a clinic/EMT service available in Seldovia Village.

    In the event of a health emergency, we will medivac you via helicopter, at your expense.

    If you do not disclose a major medical condition, We reserve the right to cancel your stay with no refund if we feel we cannot safely host you. Travel insurance is recommended.

  • To be eligible for a discount, you must book over the phone.

    We offer a 10% discount to veterans, and kids 12 and under are discounted.

    We love serving families, so call us to discuss and we will work with you so you can be your kid’s hero!

  • Navigating the property requires an individual be able to get in and out of boats, clmb an uneven trail to the treehouse, climb stairs, and a ships ladder for the treehouse.

    If you are mobility challenged, especially veterans who were wounded in service, give us a call and we will do our best to work something out.

  • No, tips are not generally expected, but greatly appreciated! Janet works hard to keep you fed and comfortable. The only exception is if sheb ends up doing your laundry, tips are expected! Staff and deck hands really appreciate tips, and if we process a lot of fish for you, it a (Hali)Butt load of work!

  • We now utilize We Travel booking platform. The most current terms are outlined there. Generally we require a 1/3 non refundable deposit, with the rest due as scheduled on We Travel. We recommend trip insurance.

    We will make every effort to flex your trip or even reschedule if life happens, but that is generally what trip insurance is for. If you have to cancel, we are willing to work with you as much as we can, but no guarantee is implied.

  • Liability Disclaimer: By booking with Seldovia Bay Adventures LLC, DBA Treehouse Cove Lodge, you expressly agree to assume any and all liability associated with adventure activities associate with wilderness travel. You also expressly warrant that all of the guests in your party have been informed and agree to hold SBA LLC harmless for injury and or death as prescribed by Alaska Statute. Conditions in wilderness Alaska, are not inherently dangerous, but can do pose inherent risks which you and your party are informed of.   • We provide round-trip transportation from Homer for all inclusive guests, on our 28 foot landing craft 20 foot Koffler skiff.

    We reserve the right to provide alternative non private transportation on Seldovia Bay Ferry, at our discretion.

    If you’re a shoulder season or last minute non-supported guest. you are responsible to getting to Seldovia.
