Rates, As They Stand

Four packages, priced per person for the whole stay. The longer you stay, the lower the nightly rate. Anything out of the ordinary is worked out directly with Scott.

3 and 4 night stays are priced for a minimum of four full-fare adults (from $18,000 for 3 nights and $20,000 for 4 nights). Smaller groups are welcome at that minimum, and child discounts apply to kids beyond the four adults.
5 and 6 night stays need at least two full-fare adults and two children, with child discounts applied. Call to discuss more than two kids.
Example: two adults, one teen and one child for 5 nights comes to $18,688. The same family for 6 nights is $20,475.

Fishing included: 3 and 4 night stays include one Cook Inlet halibut day plus nearshore rockfish, salmon and other adventures. 5 and 6 night stays include one Cook Inlet day and one offshore Gulf of Alaska day (subject to availability and weather, with a second Cook Inlet day if the Gulf trip isn't possible).

Booking DepositA 25% non refundable deposit holds your dates. We can set up a payment plan, with the balance due 60 days before arrival.25%non refundable

Cancellations

The 25% deposit is non refundable. Cancel more than 60 days before your arrival date and any payments beyond the deposit are refunded. Within 60 days of arrival, payments are non refundable, but we will work with you on new dates or a credit toward a future stay, depending on availability.

Private without the buyout price

Most lodges charge a premium for a private, exclusive stay, usually a buyout of every bed in camp. At Treehouse Cove, one group at a time is simply how we run, so your group gets the whole lodge without paying for a buyout.

What 5 Days Can Look Like

Every stay is planned around your group, the tides and the weather, so think of this as a sketch rather than a schedule.

Day 1
Arrive on the bay
Fly into Seldovia, or meet Scott in Homer for the boat ride across Kachemak Bay. Settle into the treehouse and beach house, then dinner at the cookhouse.
Day 2
Halibut on the landing craft
A full day on the water with Captain Scott, timed to the tides, then back to the cove for dinner.
Day 3
Salmon, rockfish and lingcod
Whatever is running and biting that week, fished the way your group likes to fish.
Day 4
A day off the water
Kayaking, hiking, tide pooling, beachcombing and UTV rides, with sea otters, eagles and bears often close by.
Day 5
One last morning
A final run on the water if the weather allows, then the trip back to Homer.
